Right of Withdrawal

The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers whose habitual residence is within the European Union.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

If you use this online function, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of your notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We kindly ask you to coordinate the return with us in advance and to send the goods back using insured shipping only, in order to ensure safe transport and clear traceability. This helps to ensure a prompt and smooth processing of your withdrawal.

The goods must be returned in secure and suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport. Where possible, the original packaging should be used. If the goods are returned in packaging that is insufficient and damage occurs as a result, you may be liable for any resulting loss in value.

For particularly fragile, large-format, or professionally framed artworks, we reserve the right to specify, in reasonable coordination with you, the method of return shipment in order to ensure appropriate handling and prevent transport damage.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- which are made to the consumer’s specifications, or
- which are clearly personalised.

For consumers whose habitual residence is outside the European Union, no statutory right of withdrawal applies unless expressly agreed in writing.
